All orders ship In 7 business days (unless there is a big sale and/or holiday postal timelines it may take longer) PLEASE NOTE - WE DO NOT SHIP OUT APPAREL. ALL APPAREL IS SHIPPED MADE TO ORDER VIA A 3RD PARTY PRINTING WAREHOUSE. For example, if you order enamel pins from us, they will ship out from us however if you also order apparel, you will receive a 2nd shipment. DO NOT PANIC THAT THE APPAREL IS NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR PINS. THEY ARE COMING.

MAKE SURE your address is correct when you check out. We will not refund or resend an order for a wrong address entered at check out. If an order is sent back to us due to a wrong address number, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charge to resend (same goes for exchanges and/or returns)

DOMESTIC Packages do not automatically come with insurance. Orders will ship through USPS and you will be emailed when shipping occurs along with a tracking number. Once the package goes into the hands of USPS we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods along the way. Packages will arrive between 2-5 *business* days (for domestic) AFTER they are shipped. Please check your email inbox and spam to get tracking info to see the process of your package. If you do not receive your package within the 2-5 *business days* you will need to contact your local post office and give them your tracking info to have them search for your package.

INTERNATIONAL Orders: Unfortunately tracking limited for packages, so order cautiously. Buyers are responsible for all customs and imports taxes that may apply.
** Please allow 1-12 weeks+ for International orders to arrive once they ship. Going through customs can take a bit of time. We are not responsible for any handling fees your country requests for pick up**

PLEASE NOTE: All sales are final. We are unable to process returns and/or exchanges. Due to hygiene reasons, if you have already worn any of your Bee and Mae tees they will not be accepted for returns. No exceptions. We will not accept apparel for returns/exchanges that have been washed.
PLEASE be sure to check our measurement charts before ordering.
There are women's sizes as well as unisex. Both are very different - please be aware which fit you are choosing at checkout. 
If your order is damaged, we sent the wrong product, contact us and we will take care of it! 
We are not responsible for any loss or delayed packages due to the postal service. For pins, we are not responsible for any losses due to faulty pin backings or damages due to USPS.
$2 restocking fee for any shirts sent back.
